Application Method

1. Surface Preparation

Chipping & Grinding: Chip or grind away deteriorated concrete and thoroughly remove all debris, dust, and contaminants.

Rebar Treatment: Remove rust from exposed rebar and apply an anti-corrosion coating or rust-inhibiting primer.

For best results, apply the dedicated primer after high-pressure water washing.

2. Mixing & Application

Mixing Ratio: Use 1 packet of SR-100 (25kg) per container of emulsion (4.25kg).

Mixing Procedure: Blend thoroughly using a mechanical mixer for a minimum of 1 minute until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is achieved.

Application Process: Apply the first coat (scratch coat) and profile the surface rough; apply the finishing coat after the initial setting of the base layer.

Precautions

Curing & Cold Weather: Ensure sufficient wet curing, and apply proper thermal insulation measures during winter/cold-weather application.

Shelf Life & Storage: Up to 6 months when stored unopened in a dry place.

Safety Reference: Always refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to application.
