HEAVEN KOREA CP-120 Anti-Carbonation Agent
Anti-Carbonation Agent (CP-120) is designed to protect concrete structures from deterioration caused by chemical reactions with carbon dioxide and other environmental factors.
It is a one-component, water-based specialty coating formulated with specially selected inorganic materials and organic binders. It is easy to apply and provides excellent adhesion and chemical durability.
In addition, CP-120 is designed to enhance the chemical resistance of repaired surfaces on deteriorated concrete structures.

Applications & Features

Applications

Prevention of carbonation in  bridges, bridge piers, tunnels, and other concrete structures. 

Prevention of carbonation in  concrete waterways, culverts, and sewer structures. 

Surface strengthening of concrete in  underpasses and elevated roadways. 

Surface strengthening of concrete in  concrete repair and rehabilitation applications. 

Features

Provides excellent  resistance to chloride penetration and carbonation. 

Its excellent penetration capability ensures  strong adhesion to the concrete substrate. 

Provides excellent  chemical resistance and a smooth,  attractive finish that effectively prevents surface contamination.

Offers excellent abrasion resistance and  high surface hardness.

Precautions

Do not apply in rainy conditions.

Apply at least two coats of the anti-carbonation coating.

During winter or extremely hot weather, ensure that application conditions and curing conditions are suitable before proceeding.

Store unopened in a dry place. Use within 6 months is recommended.

Store the product at temperatures above 5°C.

Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) before application and handling.
